From our service providers such as our credit card processors, background check vendors, and shipping carriers. The information we obtain from these vendors depends on the services they provide to Sales First and may also be governed by these companies’ privacy policies.
From our eCommerce partners: Sales First provides order fulfillment services for our eCommerce partners Kroger and Books-a-Million. If you place an order for our products on these eCommerce platforms, we will receive your name and shipping address to fulfill the order. With our third-party service providers who perform a variety of services and functions for Sales First, such as financial and legal services, shipping carriers, and direct marketing services. Your Marketing Choices

You may choose not to receive marketing emails from us by following the instructions contained in any of the marketing emails we send. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing email messages, we may still email you non-marketing emails.

Job Applicants

If you apply for a job with Sales First, we will use the personal data that you provide in your application, including any attachments sent, for the purpose of considering your candidacy for employment. This data includes your name, home address, email, phone number, date of birth, Social Security Number, background check and drug test results, the information in your CV or resume, your job preferences, your job application profile, and if you choose to disclose it, your race or ethnicity. If you have a social media profile, including a LinkedIn profile, Sales First may review the data you choose to share on social media as well.

Sales First will only process personal information in a way that is compatible with and relevant to the purposes for which it was collected or authorized by you, as we notify you if the purposes change, or as described in this Notice, as updated from time to time.

Our Website and services are not intended to be directed to children that are younger than thirteen (13). Sales First does not knowingly collect or intend to collect personal information from children that are younger than thirteen (13). When we verify your agent’s request, we may verify both your and your agent’s identity and request a signed document from you that authorizes your agent to make the request on your behalf. To protect your Personal Information, we reserve the right to deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

Sales First’s Website is not intended for use by and is not directed to residents outside of the United States. All data is stored and processed in the United States. By using and accessing our Website, users who reside or are located in countries outside of the United States (e.g., the European Union) agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located outside of the country where they reside, and that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of their residence or location.
